Presale Orders

Heat & Hustle presale orders are paid in full at checkout.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your presale order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders may already be included in our production quantities and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification.

Order Changes

Please double-check your size, quantity, shipping address, and order information before completing your purchase.

Requests to change a size, item, or shipping information must be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Heat & Hustle Cancellations

If Heat & Hustle is unable to fulfill an item you purchased, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the affected item.
