Presale Orders:

Presale items are paid for in full when your order is placed. Please double-check your size, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving order and are subject to availability. Because our presale quantities are limited, we cannot guarantee another size will be available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving order with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Heat & Hustle.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
